[LinuxCNC/linuxcnc PR#560] twopass: make script exit when hal files have errors

when using twopass mode, errors in hal files were reported but execution of the script was not stopped and linuxcnc continued to launch due to the twopass error count being set inside the loop body but checked outside of it.
