Fix some trivial things, convert qtcncui to layouts. Layout should be “responsive” given DPI of screen is set to sane value. Tested @ 3840×2160, 1920×1080, 2560×1440 (140dpi), 1440×900 (70dpi)

This seems to be a pull request into master.
qtvcp is not in master yet.
currently qt5vcp_py2 is the branch being actively worked on.
If you make another pull request on that branch – that would be helpful.
