This simple commit adds support for the 5i24 (and 6i24) Mesa card in PnCConf. PnCConf supports this card, hower it didn’t display apropriate GUI, so it was impossible to finish the configuration.

Thank you. I cherry-picked this commit to our 2.7 (stable release) branch after @c-morley gave me the thumbs up. It will be merged into master sometime soon. I think that github won’t know to close this pull request on its own, so I’m closing it manually.
