[LinuxCNC/linuxcnc PR#349] Update Chinese translation, adding braces for some strings.

In the future it would be helpful if you kept changes to code (e.g., .py) in one commit and changes to translation (.po) in another, but that’s no reason not to accept this patch.

I verified the changes to axis and glanced at the other changes to .py files and I didn’t spot any problems.
