Here are the steps I follow to reproduce the issue:
1. Forget I’m in mm mode
2. Set G64 P 0.0003 in 3D_Chips.ngc
3. Run 3D_Chips gcode
This is what I expected to happen:

This is what happened instead:
following errors from acceleration violations (large position steps)
It worked properly before this:
Not sure 2.7.11 and Master have the same issue
