[LinuxCNC/linuxcnc Issue#31] hm2_eth: crash after addf read-request interactively

basically, if you start threads and then interactively addf read-request, you get a segfault. I think this is because read-request continually queues things and runs off the end of a statically-allocated buffer. I didn’t diagnose it further.
