When G20 is commanded, grbl starts reporting in inches no meter if $13 flag is set to 0!

@barma1ey : Are you sure about that? It has never worked that way. $13 will alter the outputs of ‘?’ status reports and ‘$#’ parameters only. It pays no attention to G20 or G21.
