Hi
I set step per mm 500 for servo motor.
I have no problem with low speed movements، But if the speed is high, the microcontroller resets،Sometimes it also shows alarm 47.
I sent G01 X5000 F10000 .

10000mm/min * 500 steps/mm is ~83kHz, The CPU is only fast enough to do ~30kHz

you need to change your gearing or microstepping or run slower
