Newbie here, this is my issue. I home my machine-everything works – i probe for Z and start my cut. The machine moves to X-2.50 Y-1.25 Z-.125 and completes the first pass. At the end of the first pass, It moves to X-3.37 Y-1.25 Z-.250. Next pass X-4.25 Y-1.25 Z-.375. and so on.
It does this for every cut. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled, Re-flashed my Arduino, rewired steppers,

Arduino Mega-2560, GRBL V1.1f, DM542T Motor Controllers, NEMA 24 (469 oz) Bipolar Stepper Motors. Running at 1/8 step and 36 volts.

I think I found the issue, I swapped the motor controller with all 3 axis. And it did the same thing on all of them. Ordered a new motor controller.
