[gnea/grbl-Mega Issue#127] Pin mappings for MKS GEN 1.4 board, which is supposed to be like ramps

Does anyone know the correct pin mapping for mks gen 1.4 boards? Also there is only one pin for the enable disable, where on my board there is an enable/disable for each driver. I cannot get my outputs (steppers) to do anything from various control software. Nevermind, a bunch of mks gen 1.4 boards in my drawer, and who knew 2 out of the 3 were just bad. Everything works after setting the default cpu mapping to the ramps board. Thanks guys, this is great work!
