-added parser unlocking on soft-reset to unlock board after end program M codes M2 and M30
-fixed typo that cause compilation error on option USE_COOLANT
-option USE_COOLANT is now active by default (grbl compliant)
-fixed code compilation errors without SPINDLE_PWM defined
