[Paciente8159/uCNC PR#51] Planner optimizations

-minor modifications to planner buffer to keep buffer control more simple
-main stepper information transition from motion control to interpolator fixed and normalized naming
-modified path for non motion and motion blocks to allow internal function to be inlined
