[Issue#167] Jogging with keyboard on desktop version continues after key up

Using Windows 7 with CNCJS Desktop version 1.9.5 connected to TinyG. When using the keyboard to jog, the jog continues for a short time after releasing the key. I’ve played with the config and cant get this to stop. Seems the codes are being sent with keys repeating? ChiliPeppr does this and it works great.
