[Grbl_Esp32 PR#44] Allow for no probe pin

This looks good. do you it would be a good idea to prevent the probe command too? Is there a risk of damage?

That’s probably a good idea. I just needed it to compile when I reassigned the pin to another function.
If a probe cmd is issued it will never get a trigger so that could be less than ideal.

updated to only support g38 “Probe” cmds if there is a probe pin defined.
