Can I use OTG and if yes what do I need to change?

Seems like I am not able to use it at all.
could it be because I have the bluetooth radio on?

You need to have Wifi on. Switch from Bluetooth to Wifi

I tried using 3 different phones and I finally got it to work on 1. Let me turn off bluetooth and turn on
wifi.
