[grbl Issue#1014] Compiling GRBL on Windows 10

I wish to make an Arduino-GRBL CNC. I am using an Arduino IDE 1.6.7 on Windows 10.

Do I have to follow both these Instructions: ‘Via the Arduino IDE (All Platforms):’ & ‘For Windows:For windows 7 and arduino 1.5.7’??

Or can I just simply Compile GRBL by following only the Instructions under the ‘Via the Arduino IDE (All Platforms):’ section.
