[FluidNC Issue#1477] Feature: Decel after limit switch contact.

Machine Context

Homing at faster speeds when the limit switches support it.

Feature Description

I have a machine with a 200 pound gantry and its big. 1600mm x 1000mm y
When I home, I have to have it moving at creap speed because of the sudden stop of the steppers.
I know for some machines and limit sensor locations, this is a must but when the censors are to the side and there is decel room, it would be great to decel once triggered. just set zero and decel by a short distance? -20mm or have it settable?
It must default to instant stop to avoid newbi crashes.
